Selecting a therapist may feel like a daunting task...and you may be asking what would make me the right choice for you.  So, below I've listed the "nuts & bolts" of my experiences and education.  I have worked at nearly every level of mental health care--outpatient, Intensive Outpatient (IOP), Partial Hospitalization (PHP), and Residential levels of care.  While I certainly have extensive schooling and experience, I hope that you'll find through our work together that I am invested in continual learning and growth so I can better serve my clients.  I frequently attend and present at a variety of workshops that I believe will contribute to my knowledge and skills as a clinician.  If you have some specific questions about my education, training, or experience, please feel free to ask and I'm more than happy to answer!
